Our diverse team of experts include physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, nurses, certified nursing assistants. occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants and speech language pathologists. maximizing each patient's overall functional independence and recovery.
Our therapists are experienced to treat a wide variety of conditions such as:
Orthopedic (including hip and knee joint replacements and fractures)
Neurological and neuromuscular disorders including CVA (stroke)
Treatment of swallowing disorders
Deconditioning from acute or prolonged illness

Adaptive equipment recommendations
Discharge Planning prior to returning to home
