Is privacy respected?
The privacy of every resident is taken very seriously. Medical records and other resident-specific documents are all kept in secure areas and are only viewed by the appropriate staff members.

Is there a qualified social worker on staff?
Yes. We have three qualified social workers on staff.

Does the facility have contact with other community groups?
We are very fortunate to live in a gracious community. Many community schools, churches and groups provide services and entertainment. We also encourage individuals to volunteer their time and talents.

What arrangements are made to honor religious preferences?
Local church groups regularly provide services for a variety of denominations. Services take place in the chapel located on the first floor. The staff will make arrangements for your loved one to attend the appropriate service.

What is the billing procedure?
The facility accepts payment from both Medicare and Medicaid and works with the appropriate agencies for billing. We will also work with private insurance providers. Our goal is to work with the resident and family to make billing and payment as streamlined as possible.
