Alzheimers/Dementia

Some change in memory is normal as we age. Sometimes that change becomes more worrisome, as a parent, grandparent, or spouse begins having difficulty communicating, thinking and reasoning. If you have concerns about your loved one, you may want to print this fact sheet and research warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

Someone who is in the early or middle stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia may reach a point where they need help with day-to-day living. Woodland Haven provides a similar environment of a traditional home combined with nursing and support staff on duty around the clock.
